Siebenbürgen / Transsylvania ist berühmt wegen seiner Kirchenburgen. Als eine der imposantesten Exemplare gilt die Kirchenburg von Biertan / Birthälm. Auch der kleine Ort um die Burg herum ist durchaus sehenswert. Ohne Regenwetter wären die Bilder noch farbiger.
Transylvania is famous for its fortified churches. One of the most impressive examples is the fortified church of Biertan / Birthälm. The village around the castle is also well worth seeing. Without rainy weather, the pictures would be even more colourful.
