Westlich des Canyon öffnet sich die Landschaft zu einer weiten Ebene. Das ‚kaiserliche Feld‘ ist zunächst nur stellenweise von Schnee bedeckt, weiter im Westen steigt es an und der Schnee nimmt zu. Eine geräumte Straße zweigt nach Nordwesten ab, wo wir sowohl einen Radfahrer als auch Wintersportler beobachten.
West of the canyon, the landscape opens up to a wide plain. At first the ‚Imperator’s Field‘ is only partially covered by snow, further to the west it rises and the snow increases. A cleared road branches off to the northwest, where we observe both a cyclist and winter athletes.
