In Ventspils hat uns die Hafenpromenade ganz besonderes Vergnügen bereitet. Farbige Bojen sind als Gruppen arrangiert, ein ungewöhnlicher Springbrunnen erfreut besonders die Kinder. Und dann gibt es in der ganzen Stadt eine „Cow Parade“; mehrere dieser besonderen Kühe stehen hier. Sie sind nicht nur äußerst bunt und witzig bemalt, einige sind auch der Umgebung entsprechend gestaltet bzw. „konstruiert“.
Ventspils harbour promenade In Ventspils the harbour promenade gave us a very special pleasure. Coloured buoys are arranged as groups, an unusual fountain especially pleases the children. And then there is a “Cow Parade” across the city; several of these special cows stand here. Not only are they painted extremely colourful and funny, some of them are designed or “constructed” according to the surroundings.
