Bei Augusta, im südwestlichen Zipfel Westaustraliens, bildet der Blackwood River das Mündungsgebiet Hardy Inlet. Seine Ufer sind zu einem Großteil von dichtem Urwald gesäumt. Vom Molloy Caravan Park, gegenüber Molloy Island, haben wir freien Blick über das Wasser auf das Dickicht des Waldes. Neben Möwen tummeln sich hier insbesondere Pelikane. Sie präsentieren sich als Flugkünstler, Segler und Fischer.
Near Augusta, in the southwest corner of Western Australia, the Blackwood River forms the Hardy Inlet Estuary. Its banks are lined for the most part by dense jungle. From Molloy Caravan Park, opposite Molloy Island, we have uninterrupted views across the water to the thicket of the forest. In addition to seagulls, pelicans in particular cavort here. They present themselves as flying artists, sailors and fishermen.
