In Plattling, südwestlich von Deggendorf, haben wir einen schönen Stellplatz am Stadtrand. Bevor die Dämmerung fällt, wollen wir nur einen kleinen Spaziergang machen. Wir gehen in die Feldmark und landen an der Isar, die nicht weit entfernt in die Donau mündet. Das Gebiet innerhalb der Eindeichung ist von Nebenarmen des Flusses durchzogen und gesäumt von Pappeln und Weiden. Die Schwäne sind offenbar gewohnt, gefüttert zu werden, denn sie kommen sofort heran, als wir am Ufer fotografieren.

In Plattling, southwest of Deggendorf, we have a nice pitch on the outskirts. Before dawn falls, we just want to take a little walk. We walk through the fields and land at the Isar, which flows not far away into the Danube. The area within the dikes is crossed by tributaries of the river and lined with poplars and willows. The swans are obviously used to being fed, because they come right up when we take pictures on the shore.
