Kilt Rock

Between Staffin in the north and Rubha nam Brathairean further south, on the northeast coast of the Isle of Skye, basalt rocks protrude prominently into the sea. And since this is the deepest Scotland, the picture is associated with a Scot’s kilt. That’s the name of this rock on which no tourbus drives past, „Kilt Rock“. From the observation deck at the parking lot you have a good view to the north on the rocks and, near the platform, a waterfall that plunges over the cliff into the sea. To the south, the view goes along the coast and over the sea.
