Laguna Lobos

In einiger Entfernung gründeln Flamingos.

english:

Shortly before sunset we reach the Laguna Lobos. After we have set up on the fantastic pitch at the side arm of the lagoon, we immediately go to take pictures. The water level is very low and we have to walk a few hundred metres to the actual shore of the lake. In doing so, we walk over a sand-salt mixture in which there are many large shells. The warm light of the low sun and fair-weather clouds make for a picture-book sky. Flocks of ibises fly in, apparently to spend the night in the safety of the shallow water of the lagoon. Flamingos frolic in the distance. Then ibises decorate the corona of the setting sun and the full moon rises.
