Massively water
Between Hella and Selfoss the ring road crosses the Þjórsá, the longest river in Iceland, just before its mouth into the Atlantic. Close to the bridge, at a width of 40 m, the Þjórsá falls 6 m over the waterfall most abounding in water in Iceland, the Urriðafoss. Unlike Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss, it does not have much publicity and hardly any infrastructure. That is why it is easily overlooked.
