Der Varden ist der Hausberg von Molde. In 407 m ü.M. kann man das berühmte Panorama von Molde betrachten. Tatsächlich können wir mit dem Wohnmobil dort hinauf fahren. Der Blick geht über die Stadt und den Moldefjord mit den Holmen (Inseln) zu 222 Gipfeln. Von denen ist nur wenig zu erkennen. Ohnehin liegen sie im Gegenlicht. Aber heute kommt noch ein Wolken- und Regen-Himmel hinzu, der an Dramatik kaum zu überbieten ist.
Molde weather
Varden is Molde’s local mountain. At 407 m above sea level you can see the famous panorama of Molde. In fact, we can drive up there with the camper van. The view goes over the city and the Moldefjord with the Holmen (islands) to 222 peaks. There is little to see of them. They are backlit anyway. But today there are clouds and rain in the sky, which is almost unbelievable in terms of drama.
