Eigentlich wollten wir am Germanto-See bei Telšiai nur einen ruhigen Stellplatz für die Nacht. Doch abends machen wir noch einen Spaziergang am See. Während wir Jacken angezogen haben, wir im See noch gebadet. Auf einer kleinen Brücke über einen Bach, der in den See mündet, sitzt ein Teufel aus Blech. Zwischen seinen Füßen treibt der Bach ein Wasserrad an. Mit zunehmender Dämmerung wird die Stimmung am und auf dem See immer mystischer.

While we put on jackets, there is still bathing in the lake. A tin devil sits on a small bridge over a stream that flows into the lake. The stream drives a water wheel between his feet.
