Lago del Salto
Ungefähr zwischen Rieti und L‘Aquila, eingebettet in ein bergiges Waldgebiet, liegt der Stausee Lago del Salto. Eine kurvenreiche Straße führt um den gesamten See, aber nur an wenigen Stellen ist der Blick aufs Wasser nicht von Bäumen versperrt.
Approximately between Rieti and L’Aquila, nestled in a mountainous forest area, lies the Lago del Salto reservoir. A winding road leads around the entire lake, but only in a few places is the water view is not blocked by trees.
