Sanfte Hügellandschaft bei Calais
Calais ist „der“ Fährhafen nach und von England. Wir sind hier auch schon mehr als einmal abgefahren und angekommen. Aber es gibt hier auch Landschaft. Südlich von Calais liegt eine liebliche, sanft geschwungene Hügellandschaft, die ein wenig an die Toskana erinnert.
Calais is „the“ ferry port to and from England. We have departed and arrived here more than once. But there is also landscape here. To the south of Calais lies a lovely, gently rolling hillside, reminiscent of Tuscany.
In one of the pictures can be seen that the English Channel is one of the most navigated waters. The last picture shows the beach of Ambleteuse, north of Boulogne-sur-Mer.
