In Slunj, im dörflichen Ortsteil Rastoke, mündet die Slunjčica in die Korana. Aber sie macht das nicht, wie gewöhnliche Bäche. Der Karst, der die Landschaft der gesamten Region prägt, lässt das Wasser sich im ganzen Ortsteil ausbreiten, diverse Wassermühlen antreiben und dann spektakulär in einer Vielzahl Wasserfälle in den Fluss stürzen.
At Slunj, in the village-like district Rastoke, the Slunjčica flows into the Korana. But it does not do that, like ordinary streams. The karst, which characterizes the landscape of the entire region, allows the water to spread throughout the district, drive various water mills and then spectacularly fall in a variety of waterfalls into the river.
