Zur Winterreise in Island sind wir mit dem Flugzeug angereist, von Frankfurt mit Icelandair in etwa vier Stunden nach Keflavík und dann mit dem Flybus nach Reykjavík. Unser Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt am Laugavegur, der Flaniermeile der isländischen Hauptstadt. Bei mehreren Spaziergängen erkunden wir die nördlichste Hauptstadt der Welt. Sie ist eine Mischung aus beschaulicher Kleinstadt und kreativer Metropole.
For the winter trip in Iceland we arrive by plane, from Frankfurt with Icelandair in about four hours to Keflavík and then with the Flybus to Reykjavík. Our hotel is located in the middle of the old town at the Laugavegur, the stroll mile of the Icelandic capital. On several walks we explore the northernmost capital of the world. It is a mixture of a small town and a creative metropolis.
