We are lucky, because the attraction, which in the summer leaves Percé overflowing with tourists, is also in the sun on this autumn day: the Rocher Percé, 5 million t of limestone, 88 m high, 438 m long. The erosion gnaws at it and has worked through a 20 m high archway. From an information board we learn that the rock will be completely crumbled in about 16,000 years. Well, we’ll see then!
