Kaum haben wir das Womo auf dem schönen Übernachtungsplatz mitten in Straumsjøen im Südwesten von Langøya positioniert, setzt heftiger Schneefall ein, zusammen mit Sturm. Der klatscht den Schnee an die Fahrerseite des Wohnmobils, dass bald die Scheiben von Schnee und Eis undurchsichtig sind. Bis tief in die Nacht stürmt es. Am Morgen ist es ruhig und die Sonne strahlt vom Himmel. Wir befreien das Womo von Eis und Schnee und starten in eine frisch “gezuckerte” Landschaft. Bei Sandvika entdecken wir einen winterlichen “Traumstrand”.
As soon as we have positioned the camper on the beautiful pitch in the middle of Straumsjøen in the south-west of Langøya, heavy snowfall sets in, together with a storm. It claps the snow to the driver’s side of the motorhome that soon the windows are nontransparent from snow and ice. It storms until late into the night. In the morning it is quiet and the sun shines from the sky. We free the camper of ice and snow and start in a fresh „sugared“ landscape. At Sandvika we discover a wintery „dream beach“.
