Einige Kilometer westlich vom Leuchtturm El Cóndor führt eine weitere Felsenöffnung zum Strand El Espigon. Der Sturm ist inzwischen so heftig, dass die Felsensittiche den Flugbetrieb eingestellt haben. Die Felsküste ist hier besonders zerklüftet. Aber wir können nicht lange bleiben, denn wir werden tatsächlich ge-sandstrahlt.

El Espigon Beach
A few kilometres west of the El Cóndor lighthouse, another rock opening leads to El Espigon beach. The storm is now so violent that the rock parakeets have discontinued flight operations. The rocky coast here is particularly rugged. But we can’t stay long, because we are actually sandblasted.
