Egal aus welcher Richtung man sich Rupea / Reps nähert, stets dominiert die Ruine der Zitadelle das Bild. Die Burganlage aus dem 14. Jahrhundert thront unübersehbar auf einem Hügel oberhalb der Stadt. Von dort oben haben wir eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt zu Füßen der Burg.
Rupea Citadel No matter from which direction you approach Rupea, the ruins of the citadel always dominate the picture. The castle complex from the 14th century towers unmistakably on a hill above the town. From up there we have a beautiful view of the town at the foot of the castle.
