Je weiter wir in das Gebiet der Pinnacles hinein kommen, umso interessanter ist die Landschaft. Und wir können es kaum fassen, dass gerade dort außer uns niemand ist. Inzwischen steht die Sonne schon sehr tief, die bis zu 5 m hohen Kalksteinsäulen und selbst die Wellen im Sand werfen lange Schatten. Schließlich, als die Sonne untergegangen ist, wirken die Säulen ein wenig gespenstisch.
Long shadows
