In Varberg, südlich von Göteborg, haben wir auf dem großen, praktisch leeren Parkplatz einer Sportarena übernachtet. Am Morgen, vor 7 Uhr wird es um uns herum lebhaft. Personal der städtischen Parkverwaltung, die neben dem Parkplatz liegt, kommt zur Arbeit und parkt hier. Außerdem ist auf den umliegenden Straßen viel Verkehr, da ist ein gemütliches Frühstück kaum möglich. Also brechen wir gleich nach dem Duschen auf und suchen uns ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Das finden wir in dem hübschen Vorort Södra Näs. Nach dem Frühstück führt uns ein Spaziergang an die steinige Küste.
In Varberg, south of Gothenburg, we spent the night on the large, practically empty parking lot of a sports arena. In the morning, before 7 o’clock, it becomes lively around us. Staff of the municipal park administration, which is next to the parking lot, comes to work and parks here. Also on the surrounding streets is a lot of traffic, a comfortable breakfast is hardly possible. So we leave right after taking a shower and look for a quiet place. We find this in the pretty suburb of Södra Näs. After breakfast, a walk takes us to the rocky coast.
