Wo die Halbinsel Sörve am weitesten nach Westen ragt, steht der Leuchtturm Loode (Loode tuletorn). Die kurze Zufahrt ist eng und besteht aus Schlaglöchern. Das Areal, auf dem der Turm steht, wirkt wie ein ehemals militärisches Gelände, Einfahrt verboten. Wir parken in der Parkbucht und der Herumkommer geht zu Fuß weiter, um zu fotografieren. Die Küste besteht hier aus Findlingen und großen Kieselsteinen. Der Leuchtturm ist eigentlich recht unscheinbar, aber seine karge Umgebung und ein grandioser Himmel setzen ihn in Szene.
Where the Sörve peninsula protrudes furthest to the west, the Loode lighthouse (Loode tuletorn) is located. The short driveway is narrow and consists of potholes. The area on which the tower stands looks like a former military area, vehicle entry is prohibited. We park in the parking bay and the Aroundgetter continues on foot to take photos. The coast here consists of boulders and large pebbles. The lighthouse is actually quite inconspicuous, but its barren surroundings and a grandiose sky put it in the limelight.
