Fischreich ist der Peipussee (Peipsi järv). Also sind viele Fischerboote auf dem See unterwegs, außerdem Angler und Freizeitboote. Bei der Größe des Sees macht das wohl Leuchttürme erforderlich. Drei davon haben wir aufgesucht, bei Rannapungerja, bei den Altgläubigen in Nina und an der Engstelle des Sees in Mehikoorma.
Lighthouses at Lake Peipus Rich in fish is the Lake Peipus (Peipsi järv). So there are many fishing boats on the lake, as well as anglers and leisure boats. Given the size of the lake, that makes lighthouses necessary. We visited three of them, at Rannapungerja, among the Old Believers at Nina and at the narrow of the lake at Mehikoorma.
